On January 3, Yang Chuan, Deputy Secretary, Vice Chairman and General Manager of SIE, led a delegation to visit CPPCC of Qingyang District in Chengdu. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on investment cooperation projects, cultural exhibition planning and other matters.

On January 5, 2023, at the invitation of China RongTong Education Group Corporation Limited, Yang Chuan, Deputy Secretary, Vice Chairman and General Manager of SIE led a delegation to visit the group and the two sides exchanged on investment and exhibition project cooperation.
