On December 13, SIE passed the qualification examination by International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) and obtained the membership of IAEE.  

IAEE, founded in 1928 and headquartered in Dallas, USA, represents the exhibition and events practitioners and professionals from more than 50 countries around the world. It is a leading association for the global exhibition industry, enjoying a high reputation and appeal.

IAEE is the first international exhibition association that SIE has joined, marking a new stage of internationalization of the Group. It will assist SIE in further expanding international exchanges and cooperation, staying current on global exhibition industry trends and taking advantage of major platforms such as WCIF. Meanwhile, SIE will draw on advanced experiences and management patterns from international peers to improve the popularity and reputation of Sichuan exhibition and convention industry globally, enhance the international competitiveness thereof and facilitate Sichuan province’s opening-up.
